HOW THE EXHIBITION HUB WORKS
The Exhibition Hub is a central component of the Summit of the Americas 2021. Exhibitors from all categories of travel retail and the wider airport commercial sector will be able to exhibit virtually and connect with existing and potential new business partners globally. All Exhibitors will feature in one of two halls – East & West.
Exhibitors can choose from four packages:
All Virtual stands include registration costs & the appointment of your own personal Account Manger to guide you through all the technical aspects of the creation of your Virtual Stand & Experience.
SERVICES – HOW IT WORKS
Our Virtual Stand and Experience partner, Singapore-based retail marketing and design agency FILTR will liaise with exhibitors and support you in curating your stand experience and delivering the project schedule.
FILTR Account Managers are fully trained and highly knowledgeable of the Expo software system.
The FILTR team has a structured and continuous communication stream with the Summit of the Americas team to ensure maximum visibility for each exhibitor.
FILTR can offer a host of add-ons for your stand and cater to any additional needs you may have at accessible rates if required.
FILTR offers additional services, including PR and communications, preparation of multi-lingual promotional materials and ensuring your collateral is appropriate.
We also have preferred video partners who can create striking presentation material and several other excellent PR and communications services providers.
Exhibitor payment: 50% upon booking confirmation, balance payable by 1 March 2021. Early bird rates quoted above apply until 18 December 2020.
